More than 250 community members came out to celebrate the fall season at the CSA 20 Joshua Tree Pumpkin Patch on October 3.

Hosted by CSA 20 Joshua Tree staff, part of San Bernardino County Public Works – Special Districts, the event featured pumpkin picking and decorating, games, and family-friendly activities at the Joshua Tree Community Center.

The strong turnout provided an opportunity for residents and families to come together, enjoy the season, and connect with their community. Proceeds from the event will go toward supporting future community events in Joshua Tree.

The event also gave the remaining pumpkins a second purpose. Leftover pumpkins were donated to the Big Bear Alpine Zoo, another Public Works – Special Districts operation, where they will be used as food and enrichment for zoo animals.

Thank you to the CSA 20 staff, volunteers, and community members who helped make this year’s Pumpkin Patch a success. We look forward to continuing to provide events and activities that bring the Joshua Tree community together.
