Review the below submittal requirements for review and approval by the County Surveyor’s office. Submit the corresponding document in form below.
Corner Record Initial Submittal Requirements
- PDF Corner Record Submittal
- * Review Fee – $17 per Corner Record
- Research
- PDF copies of all references shown on the Corner Record
- PDF copies Vesting Deed and surrounding deeds If applicable
* Fees will be invoiced via email from noreply-ezop@sbcounty.gov within two days of submittal.
Record of Survey Initial Submittal Requirements
- PDF Record of Survey Submittal
- * Review Fee –
- $555 First Sheet
- $320 Each additional Sheet
- Research
- PDF copies of all references shown on the Record of Survey
- PDF copies Vesting Deed and surrounding Deeds If applicable

Lot Line Adjustment Initial Submittal Requirements
Before submitting a Lot Line Adjustment (LLA) for review. Verify that your LLA has been approved by County Planning.
The following items are required to be submitted.
- Approved LLA Conditions of approval
- Current vesting deed for each current parcel
- Legal description for each adjusted parcel
- $500 Initial Deposit
Certificate of Compliance Determination
Before submitting a request for a certificate of compliance determination it is recommended that you discuss your situation with senior staff at the County Surveyor’s office at (909) 387-8149
The following items are required to be submitted.
- Current vesting deed
- Title Report
- Chain of Title (Owner names and deeds of all previous owners)
- Written letter regarding the known facts of the property legality.
- Email correspondence regarding the property legality.
Tract Map Submittals
- Stamped, approved Tentative Map
- Approved Conditions of Approval.
- Fee Deposit *Check or Cash only*
- $8,000.00 Initial Deposit
- Tract Map in PDF format
- Composite Development Plan (CDP) *If required*
- Title Report for Subdivision Guarantee purposes (current within 90 days).
- Vesting Grant Deed.
- All easement documents listed in Schedule “B” of title report.
- Traverses and Closures for subdivision boundary and interior lots
Parcel Map Submittals
- Stamped, approved Tentative Map
- Approved Conditions of Approval.
- Fee Deposit *Check or Cash only*
- A) $3,000.00 Initial Deposit
- Parcel Map in PDF format
- Composite Development Plan (CDP) *If required*
- Title Report for Subdivision Guarantee purposes (current within 90 days).
- Vesting Grant Deed.
- All easement documents listed in Schedule “B” of title report.
- Traverses and Closures for subdivision boundary and interior lots
