Use the below form to submit Corner Records to be reviewed and approved by the County Surveyor’s Office
Initial Submittal Requirements
  1. PDF Corner Record Submittal
  2. * Review Fee – $17 per Corner Record
  3. Research
    • PDF copies of all references shown on the Corner Record
    • PDF copies Vesting Deed and surrounding deeds If applicable

* Fees will be invoiced via email from noreply-ezop@sbcounty.gov within two days of submittal.

Re-Submittal Requirements
  1. PDF Corner Record Re-Submittal.
  2. Additional research if requested.
Use the below form to submit Records of Survey maps to be reviewed and approved by the County Surveyor’s Office
Initial Submittal Requirements
  1. PDF Record of Survey Submittal
  2. * Review Fee –
    • $555 First Sheet
    • $320 Each additional Sheet
  3. Research
    • PDF copies of all references shown on the Record of Survey
    • PDF copies Vesting Deed and surrounding Deeds If applicable

Use the below form to submit Tract or Parcel map to be reviewed and approved by the the County Surveyor’s Office
Initial Submittal Requirements
  1. Stamped, approved Tentative Tract Map
  2. Approved Conditions of Approval. 
  3. Fee Deposit *Check or Cash only*
    • A) $8,000.00 Initial Deposit for Tract maps
    • B) $3,000.00 Initial Deposit for Parcel maps 
  4. Tract or Parcel Map submittal
  5. Composite Development Plan (CDP) *If required* 
  6. Title Report for Subdivision Guarantee purposes (current within 90 days).
  7. Grant Deed. 
  8. Easement documents listed in Schedule “B” of title report. 
  9. Traverses and Closures for subdivision boundary and interior lots
Re-Submittal Requirements
  1. Revised Tract or Parcel Map submittal
  2. Revised Composite Development Plan (CDP) *If required* 
  3. Title Report for Subdivision Guarantee purposes (current within 90 days).

*At this time the County Surveyor’s Office can only accept Cash or Checks for the map review deposit. please mail a check to the County Surveyor’s Office at 825 E Third St. Rm 204 San Bernardino CA 92415. Please write the map number in the memo section of the check.

Before submitting a Lot Line Adjustment (LLA) for review by the County Surveyor’s office please verify that your LLA has been approved by County Planning.
The following items are required to be submitted.
  1. Approved LLA Conditions of approval
  2. Current vesting deed for each current parcel
  3. Legal description for each adjusted parcel

Before submitting a request for a certificate of compliance determination it is recommended that you discuss your situation with senior staff at the County Surveyor’s office at (909) 387-8149

The following items are required to be submitted.
  1. Current vesting deed
  2. Title Report
  3. Chain of Title (Owner names and deeds of all previous owners)
  4. Written letter regarding the known facts of the property legality.
  5. Email correspondence regarding the property legality.
