What is See Click Fix?

With free SeeClickFix mobile app and web tools, citizens will now be able to provide County Public Works and Special Districts officials with pictures, videos, specific descriptions, and more. The SeeClickFix citizen reporting solution feeds valuable information needed to get the job done efficiently directly to the newly implemented centralized operations, asset and issue management system to manage issues from creation to resolution — engaging County citizens throughout the process.

How do I report an issue with SeeClickFix?

The SeeClickFix mobile app is available for download on Google Play Store for  Android and Apple App Store for iPhone. In addition to the mobile apps, citizens can send reports to the SB County Public Works using the form below.

Requests that are reported after hours will be addressed during our normal working hours of Monday thru Thursday 8:00 – 4:30 p.m.. For life threatening emergencies, please contact 911. For issues that should be addressed immediately, such as potholes or Stop signs down, after hours only please report to Comm Center at 909-356-3805.
