The San Bernardino County has completed the Pipeline Avenue and Other Roads Project on Chino and Montclair Areas. The Project construction contract cost was $6,177,899.11 and was funded with American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund program funds, City of Montclair funds, grant from Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, and Senate Bill 1 (SB1) Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account (RMRA) revenue. The Pipeline Avenue and Other Roads Project, in general, consists of mill and overlay, full depth reconstruction, construct ADA ramps, curb and gutter, cross gutter, spandrel and sidewalks, install detectable warning surface, construct storm drain, traffic signal modification, paint traffic stripes, pavement markings and doing other work appurtenant thereto. The Project aligns with the County and Board of Supervisor’s goals and objectives of ensuring the development of a well-planned, balanced, and sustainable county, providing safety, health, and social service needs of County residents, and pursue County goals and objectives by working with other agencies and stakeholders.
