The San Bernardino County Stormwater Program website is the anchor of the Program’s online program, providing a consistent hub of information acting as a home base. The website plays an important role in informing residents and stakeholders about the Program. It also plays a critical role in driving residential campaign participants to the respective pages in order to learn more information or opt-in to the campaigns to become more engaged. Building on the Program’s slogan “Where Water Meets Community”, the website educates the community on stormwater pollution and offers many avenues on how the community can help reduce and eliminate stormwater pollution. Flyers are available for home and business owners to download, many in both English and Spanish, plus pollution prevention tips, locations to properly dispose of household hazardous waste, and a hotline to report suspected pollution activities.
FY 24-25 outreach obtained 58,288 pageviews (485% of goal), gained 3,922 Spanish pageviews (156% of goal), and gained 9,844 unique users.
