Accounting section is responsible for making payments based upon contractual and operational obligations, depositing cash, performing daily and monthly reconciliations of bank statements and credit cards, preparing monthly billing to account holders, performing all accounting and cost accounting functions such as accruals and preparation of the annual road report, overseeing the payroll function, managing trust accounts, performing revenue reconciliation, and asset and equipment inventory.
