On August 18, 2025, the County of San Bernardino Special Districts completed a slurry seal project in CSA 70 R-8 – Riverside Terrace, located in the Chino area. This important road maintenance effort was part of the County’s ongoing investment in preserving and extending the life of community roadways.
The slurry seal application was completed over the course of 2 days and included full roadway coverage along the 0.95-mile stretch of paved road maintained within the zone. After allowing the new surface to properly cure, final striping was completed approximately one week later to ensure long-term durability and safe travel conditions for residents.
Funded through the annual service charge paid by parcels within CSA 70 R-8, this project reflects the County’s continued commitment to enhancing infrastructure and delivering high-quality services to its unincorporated communities.
