Initial Submittal Requirements

SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR  TRACT AND PARCEL MAPS:

  • 1) PDF of stamped, approved Tentative Tract Map
  • 2) PDF of approved Conditions of Approval. 
  • 3) Fee Deposit
    • A) $8,000.00 Initial Deposit for Tract maps
    • B) $3,000.00 Initial Deposit for Parcel maps 
  • 4) PDF of Tract or Parcel Map submittal
  • 5) PDF of Composite Development Plan (CDP) *If required* 
  • 6) PDF of Title Report for Subdivision Guarantee purposes (current within 90 days).
  • 7) PDF of Grant Deed. 
  • 8) PDF of Easement documents listed in Schedule “B” of title report. 
  • 9) PDF of Traverses and Closures for subdivision boundary and interior lots
