The chip and seal project spanning 12.61 miles in Phelan’s unincorporated area has been successfully completed. This achievement was the result of a collaborative effort across various teams within our organization. We coordinated road preparation, signage placement, and the execution of tasks by the paving crew, crack seal and chip/seal crews, and the team responsible for paint re-striping and legends. A heartfelt acknowledgment goes to the Transportation Operations Support Group, the Transportation Pool, and the Traffic team for their invaluable contributions to this endeavor.
