The Oak Glen Road bridge replacement, crossing Birch Creek, in Oak Glen Area is progressing swiftly. The wingwall footings were poured on September 28th and the site was protected in anticipation for the incoming rainstorm on September 30th. The project site was well protected which allowed for a quick cleanup and preparation of the site resumed promptly. On October 4th the culvert boxes set in the creek. On October 19, concrete was placed in the 10 foot high wingwalls.
