The San Bernardino County has completed the Rain Shadow Road & Other Roads project within the Spring Valley Lake area and was funded with Gas Tax Funds. The work consists of placement of speed humps, cold plane and replacing asphalt pavement, installing road signs, and painting traffic stripes and markings. The Project aligns with the County and Board of Supervisor’s goals and objectives of ensuring the development of a well-planned, balanced, and sustainable county and providing safety, health, and social service needs of County residents.
