The San Bernardino County has completed the Mountain Avenue and Other Roads Project on approximately 20.04 miles of roads within the Upland, San Antonio Heights area. The project commenced construction in March 2023 and was completed in October 2023. The Project was funded with SB1 and by the City of Upland and the total construction cost was $7,866,677. The Mountain Avenue and Other Roads Project consists of cold plane and overlay, construct curb and gutter, curb ramps, spandrel, remove curb, paint traffic stripes and pavement markings, guardrail replacementand doing other appurtenant thereto. The Project aligns with the County and Board of Supervisor’s goals and objectives of ensuring the development of a well-planned, balanced, and sustainable county and providing safety, health, and social service needs of County residents.
